Born and raised in Boston, MA, Attorney MacMurray graduated from Suffolk Law School in 1991. He began his legal career in downtown Boston, MA, where he practices today.
With trial experience, Superior Court, District Court, Immigration Court, in both criminal and civil matters as well as Administrative Workers’ Compensation, Attorney MacMurray is uniquely qualified to assist clients in multiple areas of law.
Attorney MacMurray earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from San Jose State University. He currently lives in the North End and is a member of the Boston Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Immigration Law Association, and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education.
Attorney MacMurray stresses the importance of being involved in and giving back to the immigrant community. This past year, MacMurray & Associates donated more than 500 backpacks filled with school supplies to our clients’ children.
Paralegal Elaisa Rubio Elaisa Rubio, originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, joined our firm in 2006 as an immigration paralegal and later became the firm’s lead immigration paralegal and firm’s liaison.
A native Spanish speaker, Elaisa has lived in Boston since immigrating to the United States in the late 1980s. She has extensive immigration law experience and has worked with Attorney MacMurray for more than a decade. Elaisa has dedicated her career in the legal field to defending and advocating for clients who are often not heard by the judicial system.
For the past 10 years, Elaisa Rubio has worked with Attorney MacMurray and developed an immigration practice, which had steadily expanded.
